Sports Massage and Manual Therapies
Also known as ‘hands-on’ techniques, sports massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue focusing on specific areas of high-tone and tension, it is a very individual treatment tailored specifically to the client. Is often used alongside other manual therapies, such as cupping and joint mobilisations.

In July 2021, Megan had the pleasure of treating Tom Stoltman Worlds Strongest Man 2021, Oleksii Novikov Worlds Strongest Man 2020, Iron Biby Guinness World Record Holder for Axle Press and Log Lift Champion 2018 and 2019, and Luke Stoltman Worlds Strongest Man Competitor. Here, Megan provided pre-event and post-event sports massage for the athletes during the gruelling 5 events.
